Sebastien Koziel built L’Académie LPM as a commercial app. This service is provided by Sebastien Koziel and is intended for use as is.
This policy explains the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use L’Académie LPM on the web or on a mobile device. Personal information is used to provide and improve the service, as described below.
Information collection and use
To provide the service, we process information such as your first name, last name, email address, and workplace account details. We also process the content you provide, including messages, documents, and media, along with training activity, progress, and assessment results.
This information is stored and processed through the service’s cloud infrastructure. It is used to authenticate your account, provide access to your organisation’s content, deliver training and AI features, and respond to support requests. Authorised members of your organisation may access information according to their roles and permissions, including training progress and results.
If you enable notifications, we process a device notification token to deliver them. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
Log data
When you use the service, our infrastructure and service providers may process diagnostic and technical information to operate the service and investigate errors. This may include your IP address, device and browser information, operating system version, request timestamps, and error details.
Cookies and local storage
The web app uses cookies to maintain your sign-in session and local storage to remember preferences such as your theme. The mobile app stores authentication information on your device to keep you signed in. You can clear browser data or sign out to remove access from a shared device.
Blocking or deleting authentication cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the service.
Service providers
We use third-party services to operate the app, including WorkOS for authentication, Convex for backend services and data storage, and services for hosting, email, media delivery, and notifications. These providers process information needed to deliver their part of the service.
AI features send relevant messages, documents, and other content to AI service providers to generate responses and learning materials. Only submit content you are authorised to share through your organisation’s use of the service.
Security
We value your trust and use authentication and access controls to help protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Managing your information
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, use the contact link below. If your account is managed by your organisation, you can also contact your organisation’s administrator. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your organisation to handle your request.
Links to other sites
The service may contain links to other sites. If you follow a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, and their own privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review those policies.
Children’s privacy
The service is intended for workplace training and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and arrange its deletion.
